Search the whole index from inside your AI assistant
Cubi publishes a free, read-only connector. Add it once, then ask for property in plain language — your assistant answers from the live index of verified listings instead of piecing together old portal pages. It returns no agent or agency contact details.

Settings → Security and login → turn on Developer mode, then add this URL at chatgpt.com/plugins with the + button.

Opens ChatGPT with the prompt typed in — you press send. Adding the URL needs Developer mode, a developer feature on paid plans (Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise, Edu) and web only.

Perplexity runs the search the moment it opens. Custom connectors need a paid Perplexity plan.
Connectors are added per account — free on Claude (one connector), a paid-plan feature on ChatGPT and Perplexity. Without the Cubi connector installed, each assistant falls back to its own web search — slower, and drawn from portal pages rather than the live index.
