CUBI can enrich property analysis with external context such as nearby listings, transport access, travel time to airports, beaches and schools, noise and safety context, and AI-assisted visual quality signals from property photos.
External data provides context and signals, not guarantees. Safety and noise context are area-level indicators where data is available. Photo-based quality signals are AI-assisted and should be verified independently.
