Sold homes are out of your results — and under-offer ones are flagged
Opening a home that looks perfect, only to find it sold months ago, is one of the quiet frustrations of property search. Agencies don't always take those listings down — often they just add “SOLD” or “Reserved” to the title and leave the page up. Until now, those slipped into your results like any other home.
We’ve fixed that.
What’s changed:
- Sold homes are gone. Once a listing is marked sold, it no longer shows up in search — no more clicking through to a dead end.
- Under-offer homes are flagged, not hidden. A home that’s under offer or reserved can still fall through, so we keep showing it — clearly marked, and ranked below the homes that are fully available, so it never crowds out one you can actually pursue.
This works across every language we cover, and it keeps itself current: as soon as an agency marks a home sold, it drops out of results on the next update.
Fewer dead ends, and results you can trust are actually for sale.
