What does €15,000 actually buy in European property? This week Cubi surfaced a 5-bed stone house in northern Portugal, a village house in Andalucía, and a 250 m² townhouse a few steps from a Sicilian cathedral — each listed at €15,000.
The point isn't that cheap stock exists; every portal has it, buried under mislabeled plots and data errors. It's that after our data-quality pass, the cheapest end of the market is now trustworthy: residential filtered from land, genuine prices separated from area/price glitches. A buyer searching "cheapest homes" gets real homes, not noise.
